At Cardia Counselling, we provide professional and compassionate support to individuals, couples and families navigating life’s challenges. The name Cardia comes from the Greek word for “heart”, reflecting the core of our therapeutic philosophy — connection, empathy and genuine care.

In addition to in-room consultations, we also offer secure online sessions for those who are unable to attend in person.

During your initial consultation, your therapist will take the time to understand your concerns, goals and individual needs. Together, you will develop a personalised treatment plan — with no obligation and no referral required.

Cancellation Policy
In consideration of other people who are waiting for appointments, if you need to change or cancel your appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice by emailing us at [email protected] so we can reschedule another time for you, or arrange a refund.
Accessibility
Street parking is available along Wickham Terrace and Bartlett Street.
A public car park is also available with direct access into our office on level 2 of Watkins Medical Centre. Drive down Bartlett Street, off Wickham Terrace, and enter the Cornerstone Car Park. Take the lift to level ‘F’ and follow the black path to the building’s door. Walk down the corridor to our offices. For a reduced parking rate, book online beforehand.
Additional parking is located at the large Brisbane City Council Wickham Terrace Carpark (opposite the Sofitel Hotel and in Astor Terrace).
Watkins Medical Centre is a 5-minute walk up Wickham Terrace from Central Railway Station.
The free Spring Hill Loop Bus service has a stop (134) directly outside Watkins Medical Centre.
